Gordon, Thank you for the reply. My answer is posted on the 'Net: http://www.kermithylen.com/scum/1and1.htm.
On Apr 12 19:08:43 2007, I posted a complaint to my host lunarpages.com to prove timeframe of this problem. So, when we all go to court, the judge will look at the dates, and see me there first and foremost.
Doubly Good Cheers (and God bless you ever so much) Kermit

Hi Kermit. I'm sorry to hear about your problems with 1&1. We are a web development company and we acquired enuf.org from an expired domain auction site (pool.com) after it expired more than a month ago on April 17. We normally don't sell our domains, but we have some empathy for people who lose their domains because they forget to renew (or the incompetence of their registrar or whatever other reason). So if you care so much about this domain, we are willing to sell it to you (after we verify that you were the previous owner) for $500. If you don't even care enuf about the domain to pay $500, maybe you can find another great domain name for the $8 registration fee. If this > is really the fault of 1&1, perhaps you can get them to pay the $500.
